When you’re growing fast through mergers and acquisitions, the tech footprint can get a little messy.
Cordant People found themselves with a patchwork of legacy systems, an ageing CRM, and clunky ways of working that were slowing everyone down.

With recruiters relying on outdated tools, candidate onboarding was clunky, collaboration was tricky, and back-end processes were error-prone.
Cordant People needed a fresh, unified approach that would modernise their entire digital estate.
Our tech refresh moved the business onto ChromeOS, Google Workspace, and a cloud-based telephony system – helping teams collaborate more smoothly. We retired legacy kit and migrated the estate to the cloud.
Next, we tackled the heart of the business: recruitment. By replacing an end-of-life CRM (Profile RPM) and Citrix environment with Bullhorn, we gave recruiters a web-native platform that integrated seamlessly with job boards, CV databases, billing and payroll. We also built Cordant Connect, a bespoke onboarding app, and tied everything together with smarter system integrations.
The transformation meant Cordant People could focus less on outdated tech headaches and more on connecting candidates with the right roles. Processes became faster, more reliable and far more user-friendly, leaving both recruiters and candidates happier.
